Agemark Senior Living’s Sales and Marketing departments recently recognized the Agemark Sherpa Communities of the Year and Marketing MVP for 2019.

Recognized as communities of the year for their successful team sales approaches were CountryHouse of Kearney, Nebraska and CountryHouse of Dickinson, North Dakota. Dani Roseberry, Senior Living Consultant at CountryHouse Kearney and Tessa Johnson, Director of CountryHouse Dickinson accepted these awards. Both communities maintained full occupancy in 2019, while offering expert, loving care to residents with memory loss.

Linda Weller, Senior Living Consultant at The Meriwether of La Vista, Nebraska was given Agemark’s inaugural Marketing MVP award. Tasked with opening Agemark’s newest residence, Weller consistently met all of her sales goals during the start-up process, working diligently to create relationships with all prospects. The Meriwether opened in mid-October with more than 40 deposits and has grown to 55% occupancy in less than six months of operation.

All three awards were given at a dinner held during Agemark’s Sales and Marketing Conference. More than 20 Senior Living Consultants from Agemark communities across the country traveled to Omaha for education, training and idea-sharing.
