Dear Agemark Family Member,
We want to thank you, again, for continuing to entrust the care and safety of your loved one to our Community. We continue to diligently follow the most recent practices for preventing exposure to COVID-19 as recommended by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the CDC, the National Council for Assisted Living and the American Health Care Association. While the situation continues to evolve, there have been no new recommendations from these experts since our last letter.
Serving in-room meals and canceling group activities and bus trips have been big changes, but we are so proud of how well everyone is adapting to our “new normal.” Staff members have truly enjoyed spending more one-on-one time with residents. These activities include those in resident rooms as well as outdoor walks and individual car rides. Thank you for brightening our days with your positive Facebook comments and encouraging cards and emails, as well as your virtual, window and drive-by visits. The support of our families means so much to all of us.

Unless the situation changes, current precautions continue to remain in effect until 5/3/20. Thanks again for your trust, and we especially appreciate those who have provided email and contact information for your family so that we can maintain good communication.
