Custom Brand Communities
Agemark also works with other like-minded developers and investors to create innovative new senior living brands.
TreVista is a new venture in Antioch, California. Offering assisted living and memory care lifestyles, TreVista is undergoing a multimillion renovation to establish itself as a select senior living community in the Bay Area. As with all other Agemark communities, it’s not the beauty of the building that counts – it’s the programming offered and the staff hired that will make all the difference in the lives of TreVista residents.
The Meriwether – The Meriwether is a brand-new community that will open in La Vista, Nebraska in September 2019. An “age-in-place,” or as we like to say, “live-in-place” community, The Meriwether will offer supportive carefree living, assisted living and memory care. Residents will have the opportunity to customize their service packages based on personal needs and abilities.
